This hotel is simply amazing! the location is perfect; it is very close to many tourist attractions, and the view from the room is breathtaking. the service was excellent; the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything. the facilities are great; the room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. There were also many advantages to staying here, such as the delicious breakfast and fast internet connection. I was truly impressed by this hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the staff members could be a little more polite and accommodating.

The hotel had some good features like a fitness center and a pool, which were quite handy since we were on a city break and didn't want to miss out on doing some exercise and relaxing. the hotel was quite central, with easy access to local attractions and shops. Lastly, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day of exploring.

Our experience was marred by the rude and unhelpful staff. We had a pet, but upon check-in, we were surprised to learn that our chosen room did not allow pets.

During our New Year stay, we appreciated the fact that the hotel offered us the convenience of bringing our pet in, which made our trip more enjoyable. the central location was very convenient for exploring the city. the stunning views from our room were a big plus that we thoroughly enjoyed.
